Welcome to Crochet Skein.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of crochetskein.com, including purchases of digital crochet patterns, downloadable content, and other products or services made available through Crochet Skein.
By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, downloading a purchased product, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Digital Products
Crochet Skein primarily sells digital crochet patterns and related downloadable materials.
Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, purchases are for digital content only.
No finished crocheted item, physical pattern book, yarn, crochet hook, stuffing, accessory, or other physical product is included.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that a digital product meets their needs before purchasing.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product at the displayed price.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or review an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, technical errors, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order before providing the purchased content, the amount charged for that order will normally be refunded.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown during your shopping session or checkout.
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without notice.
Taxes may be collected where required by applicable law.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or third-party payment providers. Your use of their services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Digital Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, purchased digital content is normally made available electronically through the delivery method provided at checkout, on the order page, and/or through email.
Delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment verification, technical issues, email filtering, security review, or incorrect customer information.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

License to Purchased Digital Content
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights associated with that content.
Unless the applicable product page or accompanying license expressly grants additional rights, your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital content for personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, share, sublicense, resell, or otherwise make the digital pattern file available to others except where expressly authorized by the applicable rightsholder or license.
Any additional permissions regarding commercial use of finished physical items are governed by the specific license accompanying the applicable product. Do not assume that rights not expressly granted are included.
Where a product incorporates or is licensed from a third-party creator or rightsholder, the applicable third-party license restrictions may also apply and will control where relevant.
Intellectual Property
The Crochet Skein website, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and other proprietary website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Digital products offered through the store may contain intellectual property owned by Crochet Skein and/or applicable licensors or rightsholders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property ownership except where expressly stated in writing.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Crochet Skein or its Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content to Crochet Skein, you represent that the content reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to submit it.
You grant Crochet Skein a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, contains personal information, or otherwise violates our policies.
We do not require a positive review as a condition of customer support or other ordinary service.

Nothing on the website guarantees that every customer will achieve an identical finished result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crochet Skein will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
