Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Crochet Skein currently sells digital downloadable products.

No Physical Shipping

Unless a specific product page explicitly states otherwise, Crochet Skein products are digital files.

Nothing will be shipped to your home or mailing address.

There are therefore no standard physical shipping charges, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, customs charges, or physical delivery times associated with digital-only orders.

Digital Delivery

After payment has been successfully confirmed, access to your purchased digital product is normally provided electronically.

Depending on the checkout and digital-delivery system in use, the download may be available from your order page and/or delivered through the email address entered during checkout.

Most orders should become available shortly after payment confirmation.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed because of payment authorization, fraud screening, technical issues, email filtering, or other circumstances.

Check Your Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address when placing an order.

If you do not see your digital-delivery email, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered-email folders.

Missing or Inaccessible Downloads

If your purchase has been successfully paid but you cannot access the digital file, contact us at contact@crochetskein.com and provide your order number and the email address used for the order.

We will review the order and, where appropriate, assist with access or provide a replacement download for the purchased file.

Corrupted or Incomplete Files

If a delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened as intended, contact us so we can investigate and provide a functioning copy where appropriate.

No Physical Product Included

Product photographs may show a completed crochet project for illustration and reference.

Purchasing a digital pattern does not mean that the completed crocheted item shown in the images will be physically delivered to you.
